Elizabeth Richards

Elizabeth Richards is the author of two novels, Every Day (Pocket Books, 1997) and Rescue (Pocket Books, 1999) and numerous short stories and articles.  She holds a B. A. in English and Creative Writing from Stanford University and an M.A. in Creative Writing and English Literature from Syracuse University, where she studied under Tobias Wolff and the late Raymond Carver.  She has taught English and Creative Writing for 25 years in high schools, colleges and universities.  She lives in New York City with her two daughters and has just completed her third novel.
