Julia Byrd
Julia Byrd lives and writes in Chicago with her handsome, terrible dog and scruffy, wonderful husband. After a childhood spent kicking dandelions in small-town Illinois, she earned an engineering degree that now gathers dust for the safety of the general public. Yearslong stints in Sydney and New York led her to enjoy history, architecture, wine, and baking cookies you'd have to taste to believe (see them on Instagram @julia_byrd!). Her first two books, both Gothic romances, were published in 2017 and 2019.
