We’re so excited to share that BADLANDS has won the 2015 Barry Award for Best Novel! More info after the jump:
This win marks C.J. Box’s third appearance at the Barrys – OPEN SEASON won Best First Novel in 2003, and NOWHERE TO RUN was nominated for Best Novel in 2011.
Barry nominees are chosen by the editorial staff of Deadly Pleasures magazine, and readers of the magazine choose the finalists. Then, the awards are presented at Bouchercon, held this year in New Orleans – see here for a peek at the appropriately festive opening ceremony!
