The New York Times Praises WORLD GONE BY

WorldGoneByLehaneAs WORLD GONE BY enters its third week on the New York Times bestseller list at #13, we’re so excited to share Janet Maslin’s review. Read on below:

Ms. Maslin writes that WORLD GONE BY is a “suspenseful but reflective accumulation of all the wisdom” offered in Dennis Lehane’s trio of Joe Coughlin novels: “‘World Gone By’ is, of necessity, the most elegiac of the three. But it’s also suspenseful, devious, well-constructed and as filled with ethical questions as it is with gangsters. You’ve been through a lot by the time you finish it, including a few figurative choruses of ‘Danny Boy.’
